Intuitive Eating Series

The first time I read Intuitive Eating, I raced through it, not really absorbing any of the important information. I am now going back through the book, chapter by chapter and challenging myself to incorporate the tips into my life! I believe that the ability to eat intuitively will allow me to once again, regain a peace with food and my body. However, Intuitive Eating is much easier said than done, so I want to share my experiences with this book through posts on my blog. Please enjoy and I will continue adding to this page as I make my way through the book!

*I am not being paid to review Intuitive Eating or anything. I am just sharing my personal experiences with changing my habits.

i’ve been recommended this book multiple times, i’m thinking i should probably actually read it! i’ve been told not to read it or try it until you’re in a pretty good place with food, so i guess i don’t wanna race into it and not get anything from the experience! i’m so glad you’ve found it helpful though- it was all the rage at Remuda haha
